How do I know my skill or niche is actually sellable?

We pressure-test that in Week 1. If you've got a real skill or genuine experience that helps people, we can almost always build a clean offer around it. The job isn't to invent something new — it's to package what you already have so the market can buy it.

I've got multiple interests and skills. How do I pick one to lead with?

You don't have to pre-decide. The Dream Avatar and Offer-Sharpening sessions in the first two weeks force you to pick one lane and test it fast. If it's wrong, you'll know quickly and adjust.

I already run a skill-based business. Is this only for beginners?
